Current Openings

Inland OBGYN is looking for an experienced, professional, and reliable certified medical assistant to join our growing team.  As a certified medical assistant in women’s health, you will play a vital role in the overall experience of the patient.  You will be caring for patients in a clinical setting, alongside a compassionate care team consisting of 3 physicians and 3 ARNP’s, providing both clinical and administrative support.

Position Details:

  • Full time 40hr/week
  • Possibility of 4×10 depending on needs of the clinic
  • 1 year of experience in medical office preferred
  • Monday to Friday no weekends

Job Duties Include but not Limited to:

  • Administering injections
  • Collecting a patient’s medical history
  • Preparing the patient for their examination
  • Measuring vital signs, such as fetal heart tones, weight and blood pressure
  • Assisting the providers during appointments
  • Explaining to the patient what will happen during their exam, treatment, or procedure
  • Transmitting prescriptions and refills to pharmacies as instructed
  • Performing basic laboratory test
  • Preparing examination rooms for each patient and cleaning up after
  • Assisting our Triage RN with patient care within your scope of practice
  • Occasionally scheduling appointments
  • Ordering Labs/Diagnostic Imaging

License/Certification:

  • Certified Medical Assistant License (Required)

Inland OBGYN is looking for a qualified sonographer for our private practice who can provide top-level, compassionate, dignified care to our patients. As a Sonographer at Inland OBGYN you will function as a collaborative team member, alongside our care team dedicated to meeting the unique medical needs of women. Your top priority will be to perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound exams that are safe, thorough, patient-centered, high-quality, and efficient as well as assist providers as needed with ultrasound guided procedures.

**RDMS required. Two years’ minimum experience scanning obstetrics/gynecology is encouraged to apply to this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians/nurse practitioners, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Utilize sonographic equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, alleviate concerns, and provide instructions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans.
  • Uphold aseptic techniques and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Stay updated on advancements in sonography and participate in ongoing professional development.

Skills

  • Proficient in medical terminology related to diagnostic imaging and patient care.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately interpret ultrasound images.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic radiology practices and procedures.
  • Ability to perform sonography techniques with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and medical staff.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring quality care.

Pay starting at $40/hour DOE
