Stephen Pakkianathan, MD, FACOG

Dr. Pakkianathan (Dr. Pakk) is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He was born and raised in Maryland. He graduated from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 2007 and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2011. He provides a complete array of OB and GYN services for women of all ages and is current in women’s health care technologies including the DaVinci System and minimally invasive procedures.

He is an active member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. Dr. Pakk also enjoys playing ice hockey and spending time with family. He and his wife, a Spokane native, look forward to raising their children in Spokane.

Carriann Shae, MD

Dr. Shae was born and raised in Eastern Washington. She attended the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed her Ob-Gyn residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, California where she developed special interests in Health Equity and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. With her return to Washington, Dr. Shae is honored to care for the women of Spokane and its surrounding communities and excited to take advantage of all the Pacific Northwest has to offer including downhill skiing and hiking with her husband and their dog, Forrest.

Sarah Hendricks, MD

Dr. Hendricks was born in Spokane, WA and raised in Missoula, MT. She graduated as a third generation Grizzly from the University of Montana in 2014 with her B.A. in Biology and a minor in Global Public Health. She graduated from the University of Washington WWAMI Program in 2020, meeting requirements for the Global Health Pathway, and then went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arizona in Tucson in 2024.
 
Having filled many roles in the office setting, she developed an interested in optimization of function and flow—for the best possible patient experience. Through her service work in India and Nepal, she came to value preventative and proactive care. Dr. Hendricks cherishes the doctor-patient relationship, understanding that patients must first be heard to be cared for and that trust is not automatic but earned.  She is passionate about educating her patients so that they not only feel involved and invested in their individualized plans, but they feel like they were able to be informed self-advocates in the process.
 
In her free time, Dr. Hendricks enjoys doing anything in the outdoors with her dogs, Moose and Fin, Oula Fitness Classes (dance/pilates/yoga fusion), traveling with her boyfriend, Jeremy, working in her garden, and hosting get-togethers with friends and family.

Jennifer Julian, ARNP

Jen Julian earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University. She worked as an RN while completing her Master’s of Science in Nursing with Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Cincinnati. She finds it a privilege supporting, educating and caring for women through all stages of life.

She is a Spokane native and in her time away from work she enjoys a busy life with her husband and two kids. They love spending time with family and friends, being at the lake in the summer and Cougar Football in the fall.

Lindsay Laskowski, ARNP

Lindsay Laskowski was born and raised in Texas. She is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of combined experience as a RN and NP.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Health from Texas A&M University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Medical Branch, and her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Cincinnati. 

Lindsay’s experience as a RN, in Texas and Colorado, was in inpatient high risk labor and delivery. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in OB/GYN, Family Medicine, and Urgent Care settings. She finds herself fortunate to provide care for, support, and empower women each day.

Outside of the office, Lindsay loves spending time with her husband and their dog. She also enjoys hiking, downhill skiing, wake surfing, via ferrata, and any adventurous activity life has to offer.

Hailey Baker, ARNP

Hailey Baker is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with years of experience working in fertility, labor & delivery, and gynecologic care for women of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University and then her Masters of Nursing (MSN) and Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University in Lexington, Kentucky. She is committed to high quality patient education and individualized diagnosis and care. Hailey is particularly experienced and passionate about hormones, fertility, PCOS, and menopausal support including hormone therapy.

After spending time in the Seattle area, she is excited to have now returned to Spokane. Go Zags! Outside of work she loves joining local running groups in the area and exploring lakes and mountain hiking trails with her husband.
